One of the reasons to l develop your Scale Strategy is to be able to access funding, so it is worthwhile stress testing how your strategy measures up against  grantmakers’ funding requirements.

At Elrha we use our Progress to Scale Framework to assess innovations as they attempt to scale. We recommend you download and use this framework, then either on your own or as a team, assess how well your scale strategy and plans measure up to the questions in the framework.

Where there are gaps, take time as a team to discuss whether they are gaps that you need to cover, and if so, how. From here, iterate your Scale Strategy with the new elements that you develop from this discussion.
